Sinner: Sacrifice for Redemption is set to release on PS4, Xbox One, and Switch next month. It will also come to PC on Discord and later, Steam.
Sinner: Sacrifice for Redemption was supposed to release in April this year, but it got pushed alongside a Switch announcement. Now, we have a new release date for the game, and it looks like developer Dark Star Game Studios might just make it this time. Sinner: Sacrifice for Redemption is now set to release on 18th October across PS4, Xbox One, and Switch.
What about the PC version, you ask? It seems that on PC and Mac, the game will launch first on Discord, under the new “First on Discord” initiative. The game will eventually release on Steam as well. There is no release date so far for either the Discord or Steam release of the game, but we do know that the Discord release will take place sometime this year.
On release, the game will be priced at $18.99 USD.

In Sinner: Sacrifice for Redemption, you control a soldier named Adam who must go up against a menagerie of sinister bosses. The game’s most unique mechanic is that instead of getting more powerful over time, you actually weaken Adam by sacrificing aspects of himself. In essence, you get permanently debuffed before each fight, making the game harder as it goes. There’s also a New Game+ mode that you can unlock after beating the game, allowing you to use alternate gear.
